1、本科或以上，计算机、自动化相关专业，具有两年或以上的ROS开发经验； 2、精通C/C++、Python程序开发、调试和性能优化，熟悉面向对象分析与设计技术，熟悉常用设计模式； 3、熟悉软件开发流程，具有规范化的代码编写习惯和良好的技术文档习惯； 4、熟悉机器人运动学、URDF机器人描述文件，了解最新机器人相关算法的发展； 5、熟悉ROS开发，熟悉常用ROS库的使用，熟练开发ROS驱动； 6、熟悉 Linux开发环境，熟悉Linux 下常用通信方法，如TCP、UDP、Socket等，熟悉RS485、CAN总线技术； 7、具有良好的软件开发习惯，擅于沟通与学习，独立思考能力强； 8、开发过复合机器人、人形机器人等相关产品和技术者优先。
