Sales Consultant | Giles Subaru Lafayette, LA | $60,000-$125,000+

Being the #1 Subaru dealership in Louisiana means we recognize personal growth and career success. With that, we have recently promoted on of our Senior Sales consultants to Sales Manager and now we’re looking to bring in a new Sales Consultant to the team! We pride ourselves on having a sales team that provides exceptional customer service and creates a remarkable culture like no other in our industry. We are looking to expand and support our team with someone who is bright, driven, and a professional individual who is ready to help us continue raising the standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation: Our structure is built out to increase growth potential while excluding most risks associated with other dealerships in the industry. As you go through training, you’ll be paid a salary, and once it’s over you are paid a base pay with great bonus and commission structure.

Bonuses: Annual Christmas and Vacation bonuses averaging $1,700 each

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with annual company contributions, and Paid Vacation

Advancement opportunities: Our goal for you would be to find a path to advance your career whether it’s Senior Sales, Finance, or Management. This path would substantially expedite your earning potential. Many of the positions offer a 6-figure income and present themselves within 2-3 years. What does success look like?

Warmly greet our guests and discover their wants and needs. Then, you’ll match them to one of our unique and innovative vehicles, test drive, present pricing and utilize negotiating skills, then ask for their business. After the financing process, you’ll show customers how to use their all-new vehicle, showing them exactly how to utilize all their features and upgraded technology. You’ll also make calls, text, and email customers about their interests, market yourself, build rapport and form relationships with your customers, and schedule appointments. Lastly, you’ll attend sales training and meetings to continuously stay up to date one product lineup and knowledge and stay on top of personal and team goals.
