Bei uns kannst Du erleben, was passiert, wenn zwei große Konzerne ein gemeinsames Ziel verfolgen: Glasfaser Nordwest, das Joint Venture von EWE und Deutsche Telekom, sucht Verstärkung.

Als Projektleitung für den Ausbau Wohnungswirtschaften verantwortest du die End-to-End-Steuerung komplexer Ausbauprojekte in der Wohnungswirtschaft über alle Gewerke hinweg. Ziel der Rolle ist die sichere, termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung der Ausbauprojekte entlang der gesamten Produktionskette. Im Mittelpunkt steht die operative Steuerung der Ausbauperformance: Risiken, Engpässe und Leistungsabweichungen werden frühzeitig identifiziert, priorisiert und durch konsequente Maßnahmensteuerung adressiert, um eine stabile und zielorientierte Projektumsetzung sicherzustellen.

Das machst Du bei uns:

  • Du verantwortest die operative End-to-End-Steuerung von Ausbauprojekten in der Wohnungswirtschaft über alle Gewerke hinweg inkl. KPI-basierter Performance-Steuerung (u. a. Installationsquote, Kapazitäten, Forecasts) zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten und termingerechten Projektfortschritts
  • Du bist zuständig für die aktive Steuerung von Risiken, Engpässen und Leistungsabweichungen entlang der gesamten Ausbaukette inkl. Ableitung, Nachverfolgung und Eskalation von Maßnahmen sowie Moderation relevanter Projekt- und Performance-Reviews
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit internen Schnittstellen (u.a. Key-Account-Management, Markt & Service, Projektmanagement) zur synchronisierten operativen Steuerung der Ausbauprojekte ab
  • Du bist die zentrale operative Schnittstelle zu Baupartnern und Wohnungswirtschaften inkl. der Durchführung von Regelterminen, Status- und Performance-Reviews, Kick-offs sowie Projektterminen vor Ort
  • Du sorgst für eine kontinuierliche Optimierung operativer Prozesse und Schnittstellen entlang der Ausbaukette zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Transparenz und Planbarkeit

Folgendes solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Master-Studium im technisch/wirtschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du hast Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bau-, Ausbau- oder Infrastrukturumfeld
  • Du hast in der Vergangenheit bereits die Steuerung komplexer, gewerkeübergreifender Projekte übernommen
  • Du beherrscht einen sicheren Umgang mit KPI-basierten Steuerungsmodellen sowie operativem Reporting und Performanceanalysen
  • Dich zeichnet eine ausgeprägte Steuerungs- und Umsetzungskompetenz aus und bist "hands-on" und entscheidungsstark
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast die Fähigkeit, Priorisierungen und Eskalationen konsequent durchzuführen
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von einer hohen Eigeninitiative und Organisationsgeschick sowie einer klaren Ergebnis- und Performanceorientierung
  • Du bist ein Digital Native und verfügst über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Atlassian- und Microsoft-Produkten (z.B. Power BI und Excel)
  • Du hast eine hohe Reisebereitschaft für operative Abstimmungen, Vor-Ort-Termine und Projektsteuerung bei Baupartnern und Wohnungswirtschaften innerhalb unseres Netzgebietes
