Estamos buscando un/a API Governance Specialist (REST & Event-Driven) para unirse al equipo de Glintt Next, participando en iniciativas que conectan negocio, arquitectura y tecnología en uno de nuestros clientes líderes del sector bancario.

Como API Governance Specialist, participarás activamente en el gobierno, diseño y definición de APIs REST y arquitecturas Event-Driven (EDA), contribuyendo a que las APIs y eventos de la organización cumplan los estándares establecidos de calidad, seguridad y consistencia. Trabajarás en la aplicación y evolución de buenas prácticas, controles y políticas a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida de las APIs, colaborando con equipos de arquitectura, seguridad, desarrollo y negocio.

¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?

- Participando en la definición, aplicación y evolución del modelo de gobierno de APIs REST y Event-Driven, contribuyendo al establecimiento de estándares y buenas prácticas.

- Velando por el cumplimiento de los estándares definidos durante el ciclo de vida de APIs y eventos, desde su diseño y publicación hasta su versionado y deprecación.

- Aplicando mecanismos de calidad y consistencia, mediante controles, scoring y validaciones automatizadas.

- Contribuyendo a la automatización del gobierno, incorporando controles y validaciones en procesos de CI/CD.

- Gestionando y manteniendo catálogos, dominios e inventarios de APIs y eventos, asegurando su correcta clasificación y trazabilidad.

- Participando en la aplicación y evolución de criterios de seguridad, control de acceso, auditoría y observabilidad.

- Colaborando en el diseño y definición de APIs, eventos y contratos, bajo estándares REST y Event-Driven (EDA).

- Trabajando de manera transversal con arquitectura, seguridad, desarrollo y negocio, acompañando a los equipos en la aplicación de estándares y buenas prácticas.

- Participando en workshops y acciones de evangelización y adopción para fomentar el uso adecuado de APIs y arquitecturas Event-Driven.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS

- Aproximadamente 5-6 años de experiencia profesional en ámbitos relacionados con APIs, integración o arquitectura, con experiencia en API Governance y arquitecturas Event-Driven.

- Experiencia en diseño y definición de APIs REST y asíncronas, así como en documentación de contratos mediante Swagger/OpenAPI y AsyncAPI 2.x/3.x.

- Conocimientos de esquemas de datos Avro y experiencia o conocimientos en Event Storming para el modelado de eventos.

- Buen conocimiento de arquitecturas Event-Driven (EDA) y sus principales patrones y conceptos.

- Experiencia aplicando estándares de gobierno, controles de calidad, scoring y validaciones automatizadas sobre APIs.

- Conocimientos de CI/CD y automatización aplicados al ciclo de vida de APIs.

- Experiencia o conocimientos en seguridad de APIs y eventos: OAuth, JWT, IAM Policies, IdP, mTLS, certificados, cifrado y ACLs.

- Conocimientos de auditoría, trazabilidad, event lineage y observabilidad.

- Conocimientos de arquitectura BIAN.

- Capacidad para trabajar de forma transversal con equipos de negocio y tecnología, con autonomía y buenas habilidades de comunicación e interlocución.
