SOBRE EL PUESTO

Desde Glintt Global buscamos incorporar un/a Product Manager Digital para participar en un proyecto estratégico dentro del sector medios y comunicación digital. Buscamos una persona orientada a producto, capaz de coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y asegurar la correcta evolución de plataformas digitales, contribuyendo a la mejora continua de la experiencia de usuario y al cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio.

¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?

- Gestionar, priorizar y realizar el seguimiento de incidencias relacionadas con productos digitales web y app.

- Definir requisitos funcionales, historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación para nuevos desarrollos y evolutivos.

- Coordinar iniciativas y proyectos junto a equipos de Tecnología, UX/UI, negocio, contenidos, marketing y otras áreas implicadas.

- Validar funcionalmente nuevas funcionalidades, correcciones y mejoras, garantizando la calidad de los entregables.

- Participar en la definición y seguimiento del roadmap de producto.

- Analizar oportunidades de mejora y colaborar en la optimización continua de los productos digitales.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS

- Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Product Manager, Product Owner o posición similar.

- Experiencia en la gestión de productos digitales web y aplicaciones móviles.

- Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinares de negocio, tecnología y diseño UX/UI.

- Experiencia en la redacción de requisitos funcionales, historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación.

- Conocimiento de gestión de incidencias, validación funcional y control de calidad.

- Experiencia trabajando con metodologías Agile y herramientas como Jira.

- Conocimientos básicos de UX, analítica digital y testing.

- Manejo de Figma y herramientas de Microsoft Office.

- Nivel de inglés B2 o superior.

- Valorable experiencia en entornos de contenidos digitales, plataformas editoriales, medios de comunicación o modelos de suscripción.
