The successful candidate will contribute to property lead generation, developer partnerships and broker-channel growth. Role overview Assist the commercial team with market mapping, prospect engagement and pipeline management. Key responsibilities Research prospective clients and relevant market sectors. Prepare outreach materials, presentations and proposals. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules. Support meetings, pipeline reviews and opportunity reporting. Qualifications & skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline. Confident English communication and presentation skills. Strong research, relationship-building and organisational skills. Interest in consultative sales and measurable business outcomes. Who can apply Recent graduates or final-year students able to meet the role's start-date and employment requirements.
