Industry / Sector: Banking & Financial Services Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Experience: Entry level – recent graduates and final-year students Academic background: Management, Finance, Business Information Systems Employment type: Full-time Work arrangement: On-site, Dubai Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience About the opportunity Our client in the Banking & Financial Services sector is searching for a Junior Business Analyst based in Dubai. The successful candidate will contribute to branch and digital banking performance, service quality and operational controls. Role overview Analyse banking operations, customer service metrics and process performance while respecting confidentiality and regulatory controls. Key responsibilities Gather business requirements and document existing workflows. Prepare Excel-based performance reports and basic dashboards. Analyse trends, exceptions and operational bottlenecks. Support user testing and process-improvement initiatives. Qualifications & skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Information Systems. Proficiency in Excel and structured problem solving. Exposure to Power BI, SQL or process mapping is desirable. Clear written communication and attention to detail. Who can apply Recent graduates or final-year students able to meet the role's start-date and employment requirements.
