1. 公司数字化系统开发 ①参与公司数字化系统（覆盖生产、销售、供应链、财务等业务场景）的需求分析、方案设计、开发测试及持续迭代； ②负责基于Java的业务模块、后台服务及系统接口开发，参与数据库设计、系统集成及核心业务逻辑实现。 2. 系统集成与业务协同 负责ERP、MES、TMS、CRM、OA等系统的数据打通与业务集成，理解真实业务流程，通过技术手段解决业务问题。 3. 系统优化与问题解决 持续优化代码结构、系统性能和运行稳定性，参与问题排查与修复，提升系统的可维护性和运行效率。 4. AI探索与应用 ①研发提效：积极使用ChatGPT、Claude、Codex、Cursor、GitHub Copilot等AI工具辅助需求分析、方案设计、开发测试、问题排查及技术文档编写，提高研发效率和质量； ②业务创新：参与大模型、AI Agent、RAG、知识库、智能分析等技术在业务场景中的落地应用，探索AI与现有系统的深度融合。 5. 技术成长与团队共建 积极参与代码评审、技术分享与方案讨论，保持对前沿技术（尤其是AI领域）的敏感度，与团队共同成长。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、信息技术、数学等相关专业优先； 2. 具备良好的计算机基础，熟悉至少一种主流开发语言（如Java、C#、Python等），具备良好的编码能力；了解数据库设计与基本SQL语句； 3. 逻辑思维清晰，学习能力强，面对陌生问题能主动学习分析并寻找解决方案；热爱技术，对新技术保持好奇心，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识； 4. 有相关实习或项目经验者优先；对AI编程与应用开发有浓厚兴趣，主动使用过 ChatGPT、Claude、Codex、Cursor、GitHub Copilot等AI工具者优先；了解大模型API、Prompt、AI Agent、RAG、知识库等概念者优先。
