1. 装备研发设计：核心推进自动化装备落地，参与生产装备研发与改进，涵盖机械结构、电控系统、流体/热工仿真等设计、验证与优化； 2. 仿真与优化：核心保障研发质量，开展振动、流场、温度场等仿真分析，基于结果优化设备、开发新结构； 3. 技术文件与调试：核心规范研发流程，编制设计图纸、技术文件，负责设备选型、调试及技术改造，解决研发与生产中的技术问题； 4. 技术引进应用：核心提升研发技术，引进推广新工艺新技术，推进工业机器人、机器视觉、AI等智能化技术开发； 5. 跨部门协同：核心推动研发落地，协同工艺、生产等部门，完成装备改进验证与研发升级。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、电气、流体力学、工程力学、热能等相关专业优先； 2. 核心具备研发实操能力，熟练掌握CAD、三维建模软件，熟悉PLC控制、仿真软件（Fluent/ANSYS等）者优先； 3. 有非标自动化、仿真分析及工程落地经验，或在校参与相关研发项目者优先； 4. 责任心强、严谨细致，有创新意识、沟通能力及团队协作能力，抗压性强。
