1.负责小日化产品的新品研发、配方设计、样品打样及测试验证，推动新产品从研发到量产的落地； 2.负责现有产品配方及生产工艺优化，提升产品质量、生产效率，降低原材料及制造成本； 3.负责新产品导入、试产及量产技术支持，解决生产过程中的配方、工艺及质量异常问题； 4.负责原材料选型、替代验证、BOM编制、工艺参数制定及相关技术文件输出； 5.负责研发项目进度跟踪，协调国内研发、采购、品质及生产部门，推动项目按计划交付； 6.负责越南本地技术人员的培训与带教，逐步建立工厂自主研发及工艺改善能力。

1.本科及以上学历，化学、应用化学、精细化工、化妆品、药学、材料等相关专业； 2.具有3年以上日化、个人护理、化妆品或相关产品配方研发、工艺开发经验； 3.熟悉产品配方设计、原料特性、打样测试、稳定性验证及生产工艺，具备独立研发或项目推进能力； 4.具有工厂研发、产品量产导入、工艺优化或现场技术问题解决经验者优先； 5.具备较强的动手能力、问题分析能力及跨部门沟通协调能力，能够深入生产现场解决实际问题； 6.工作积极主动，责任心强，愿意开展技术培训及经验传承，能够接受长期外派越南工作。
