El Growth Web Developer B2B es responsable de la ejecución, mantenimiento y evolución del ecosistema web B2B de Global66, garantizando la estabilidad, escalabilidad y optimización del sitio y landings orientados a clientes empresa según el roadmap establecido.

Dentro de sus funciones están: Ejecutar el roadmap y mantener el sitio Web B2B, gestionando cada fase hasta dejarla operativa y traduciendo el roadmap en entregables concretos.

  • Mantener y evolucionar el sitio B2B (Nuxt.js / Vue.js), asegurando buenas prácticas de SEO, GEO técnico, rendimiento y accesibilidad.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar landings B2B optimizadas y atribuibles para conversión y captación de leads: formularios, flujos de solicitud de contacto o demo y captura de datos.
  • Coordinar con producto la integración entre el sitio web con el CRM y las herramientas de automatización de marketing, asegurando la trazabilidad del lead por medio de la implementación de atribución.
  • Coordinar con el equipo de Performance/Comercial la creación de UTM´s además de mantenerlas de forma continua evitando errores y pérdidas de atribución. Además, de coordinarlas con el equipo de producto para que estas sean atribuibles en el CRM. ,
  • Configurar eventos y conversiones en GTM y GA4, y asegurar que cada lead llegue con su canal de origen.
  • Administrar y optimizar los sitios B2B en WordPress: bases legales, centro de ayuda, entre otrosDiseñar, crear y consumir APIs utilizando Node.js, integrando funcionalidades clave para los productos digitales B2B.
  • Realizar ajustes y consultas en bases de datos PostgreSQL relacionadas con las APIs del área.
  • Administrar integraciones con plataformas críticas (Bitbucket, GitHub, Appsflyer, Cpanel, GoDaddy, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Iterable, Heroku, entre otras).
  • Levantar landings de campañas B2B optimizadas para performance y conversión.
  • Crear y mantener piezas gráficas y maquetación de mailing en colaboración con el equipo de Brand/UX.
  • Mantener y aplicar el Design System en todas las interfaces digitales B2B.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería de software, Marketing, Desarrollo web, Administración de empresas o carreras afines
  • Experiencia sólida en Nuxt.js / Vue.js para desarrollo y mantenimiento de sitios web.
  • Conocimiento y aplicación de IA
  • Conocimientos en Node.js para creación y gestión de APIs.
  • Manejo de WordPress para administración y optimización de sitios.
  • Conocimientos de PostgreSQL / SQL/ Analytics para consultas y ajustes en bases de datos.
  • Conocimientos medios/avanzados en Figma para diseño de interfaces, landings, mailing y piezas gráficas.
  • Experiencia en gestión de repositorios Git (Bitbucket/GitHub) y despliegue en entornos de producción.
  • Conocimientos en Google Analytics, Tag Manager y Appsflyer para el análisis y seguimiento de métricas.
