Tus próximos desafíos

El Sales Specialist Hunter B2B será el motor de nuestro crecimiento, encargado de identificar, prospectar y activar nuevas cuentas empresas de alto valor.

Tu misión es abrir nuevas fronteras de negocio y llevar nuestras soluciones fintech disruptivas a compañías que necesitan optimizar su operación entre países. Este rol es fundamental para escalar nuestra presencia en el competitivo mercado de LATAM y tiene un impacto directo en la expansión de Global66.

Como nuestro especialista Hunter, serás responsable de guiar a los clientes a través del ciclo de vida completo de la adquisición:

1. Hunter y Prospección Estratégica - Investigar y mapear el mercado para identificar segmentos, nichos y canales de prospección Outbound de alto potencial (ej. Cámaras de Comercio, grupos empresariales, eventos). - Gestionar bases de datos asignadas y ejecutar un plan de prospección en frío agresivo y creativo a través de llamadas, correos, reuniones virtuales/presenciales y plataformas como WhatsApp/LinkedIn. - Asistir a eventos, webinars y ferias del sector financiero y tecnológico para generar leads calificados.

2. Cierre y Activación (AHA) - Venta directa y consultiva de nuestros productos B2B, entendiendo las necesidades específicas de la empresa y demostrando el valor de Global66. - Explicar detalladamente la plataforma, los requisitos de apertura de cuenta (onboarding) y resolver todas las dudas técnicas y operativas del cliente. - Asegurar que la activación de la cuenta y la primera transacción de alto valor (el momento AHA o funding found) se realicen de forma fluida y exitosa.

3. Colaboración y Mejora Continua - Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de Account Management (Account Executives/Farming) para asegurar un traspaso exitoso de los clientes activados. - Actuar como la Voz del Cliente (Voice of the Customer) para transmitir feedback valioso al área de Producto, ayudando a Global66 a mejorar sus soluciones y servicios.

¿Qué buscamos?

- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles de ventas (Hunter) B2B o desarrollo de negocio. - Dominio en el uso de herramientas CRM (idealmente Salesforce u otros sistemas avanzados de gestión de ventas). - Excelentes habilidades de negociación, comunicación y presentación a nivel gerencial.

Conocimientos Deseables: - Experiencia previa en el sector Fintech, Banca, Medios de Pago, FX (Foreign Exchange) o soluciones Cross-Border. - Comprensión avanzada de métricas de ventas y capacidad para realizar análisis de cotizaciones, pricing y escenarios financieros. - Conocimiento de las tendencias y desafíos del mercado LATAM en términos de regulaciones y digitalización financiera.
