Tus próximos desafíos

El practicante dentro de Global66 participará en los proyectos estratégicos más relevantes. Deberá ser capaz de recolectar y analizar información importante para el negocio y el área en la cual se desarrolle, incluyendo entender procesos e identificar áreas de mejora.

Las responsabilidades básicas estarán alineadas a lo siguiente: Apoyar a la Team Lead de Cumplimiento en la preparación y ejecución de las auditorías internas del sistema de prevención de LA/FT, revisando procesos y consolidando la documentación de respaldo.

  • Apoyar la preparación de las auditorías internas: armar el checklist de revisión, seleccionar las muestras y organizar los papeles de trabajo.
  • Buscar, solicitar y ordenar la documentación de respaldo de cada control revisado.
  • Revisar expedientes de clientes y verificar que la debida diligencia (KYC) esté completa y correctamente respaldada.
  • Revisar la documentación de las alertas de monitoreo: fundamento de la decisión, gestiones realizadas y respaldos adjuntos.
  • Verificar que los registros obligatorios estén completos y actualizados.
  • Registrar los hallazgos detectados y hacer seguimiento a los planes de acción comprometidos.
  • Mantener ordenado el repositorio de evidencia del área, disponible para auditorías externas y requerimientos regulatorios.
  • Consolidar los insumos y respaldos que solicite la Team Lead para auditores externos, UAF o CMF.
  • Coordinar con otras áreas (Atención a Clientes, Operaciones, Comercial) la obtención de los antecedentes que falten.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudiante en condición de realizar práctica profesional de Auditoría, Contador Auditor, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Manejo de Excel o Google Sheets a nivel intermedio (filtros, tablas dinámicas, cruces de información).
