Estamos em busca de um(a) estudante de Direito que deseje desenvolver experiência prática em Direito Trabalhista, Compliance e Auditoria de Processos.

O profissional atuará no apoio à identificação de inconformidades, prevenção de passivos trabalhistas e fortalecimento da segurança jurídica das empresas atendidas pela consultoria.

📍 Local: Salvador/BA (São Cristovão) 🏢 Empresa: Global Gestão e Consultoria 🎓 Escolaridade: Cursando Direito a partir do 4º semestre 📋 Modalidade: Estágio presencial

⚖️ PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

✅ Realizar auditorias periódicas dos registros de ponto eletrônico, verificando jornadas, intervalos, horas extras e possíveis irregularidades.

✅ Elaborar relatórios semanais de auditoria, identificando inconformidades e propondo medidas corretivas e preventivas.

✅ Apoiar a elaboração de advertências, suspensões disciplinares, notificações e demais documentos trabalhistas, sob supervisão.

✅ Acompanhar o cumprimento das normas internas, políticas empresariais e legislação trabalhista.

✅ Auxiliar na identificação e prevenção de riscos de passivos trabalhistas.

✅ Apoiar a implantação e o acompanhamento de procedimentos de Compliance Trabalhista.

✅ Realizar pesquisas sobre legislação trabalhista, CLT, jurisprudência e convenções coletivas.

✅ Auxiliar na elaboração de termos, comunicados, políticas internas e procedimentos disciplinares.

✅ Organizar evidências documentais e relatórios para auditorias e acompanhamento das empresas clientes.

✅ Apoiar as demais demandas relacionadas à conformidade trabalhista e à segurança jurídica empresarial.

  • Estar cursando Direito a partir do 4º semestre.
  • Ter interesse em Direito do Trabalho e Compliance.
  • Conhecimento básico da CLT.
  • Conhecimento em Excel e elaboração de relatórios.
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal.
  • Organização, responsabilidade e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Ética profissional e sigilo das informações.

DIFERENCIAIS

Conhecimento em controle de jornada, sistemas de ponto eletrônico, rotinas de Departamento Pessoal e legislação trabalhista.
