The posting

Extrações e Dashboard em BI, via análises, construção e desenvolvimento de Relatórios e definição e monitoramento de Indicadores.

Conhecimento linguagens de desenvolvimento e experiencia em extração e tratamento de informações de bases de dados de várias plataformas.

Analisar e otimizar os processos, com foco em melhorar a eficiência, a qualidade e a produtividade do trabalho.

Conduzir análises de questões técnicas e regras de produtos (em seguradoras), aspectos regulatórios, legais e de qualidade de informações.

Atuar nas definições de modelos de processos de trabalhos para atender demandas e necessidades regulatórios e de controles; assim como preparar e aplicar treinamentos internos a fim de ampliar conhecimento ou melhorar o aprendizado do time de Operações em assuntos que requeiram capacitação.

A função, também, abrange responsabilidade em extrair, triar e analisar informações a fim de direcionar decisões.

Gerar e elaborar relatórios, indicadores operacionais e de resultados.

Realizar acompanhamento de projetos junto às equipes de IT, Produtos e demais áreas internas;

Analisar mensalmente os relatórios gerados, mapear necessidades e elaborar propostas de melhorias.

Avaliar e dar o suporte necessário às demandas e críticas da SUSEP, Auditorias Internas e Externas, Compliance e demais demandas vinculadas ao processo de emissão de documentos.

Realizar Análises de Qualidades em documentos emitidos, todos os ramos e produtos em operação.

Preparar relatórios Gerencias diários e mensais.

Documentar Processos em Manuais Operacionais.

Realizar análises de Seguros e Resseguros.

Atuar em conjunto com os gestores na Implantação de itens regulatórios e legais que envolva a área de emissão de documentos.

Preparar Relatórios SUSEP

Controle Relatórios SUSEP Circular 642/21; 612 e demais circulares que exijam controles nos processos de emissão e relatórios de registros de processos.

Preparar e Analisar KPI’s de Processos, Financeiros e Qualidade.

Desenvolver Relatórios em BI – Business Intelligence

Preparar apresentações de Treinamento do time de Operações sobre processos e alterações em processos e sistemas.

Atender Auditorias Internas e Externas.

Endereçar melhorias em processos a partir de análises dos indicadores.

Realizar controle de qualidade em documentos emitidos, com foco em prêmio, resseguros, comissões, impostos e outros tipos de movimentos.

Avaliar e entender critérios regulatórios e suportar implementações necessárias nos processos vigentes.

Atuar próximo as áreas de negócios, financeiras, IT e parceiros a fim de garantir que tratativas e procedimentos acordados sejam realizados dentro das diretrizes acordadas.

Revisar Clausulados definidos e aprovados pelas áreas de produto, garantir que os clausulados atualizados estão vigentes nos sistemas de emissão.

Perfil: Organizado, analítico, dinâmico, boa comunicação, facilidade de trafegar em vários níveis da empresa.

Pacote Office nível avançado em Excel e Power Point.

Experiencia em seguradoras, no mínimo 3 anos, nas atividades mencionadas.

Excelente comunicação oral e escrita.

Organizado, dinâmico e proativo.

Conhecimento BI – Business Intelligence (construção de Relatórios, tratamento e extração de bases de dados).

Inglês avançado, diferencial apreciado.

Escolaridade: nível superior em administração, economia ou profissões voltadas para ciências exatas.
