Você vai atuar na sustentação do Projeto Vida Individual em uma empresa do setor de seguros/serviços financeiros, com grande volume de usuários e alta criticidade. Seu papel é manter o ambiente saudável, apoiar evoluções e garantir que o negócio não pare.

  • Atuar na sustentação de sistemas do Projeto Vida Individual (incidentes, problemas e requisições).
  • Realizar análise de causa raiz e propor soluções definitivas.
  • Fazer interface com times de desenvolvimento, infraestrutura e negócio.
  • Especificar e validar correções, melhorias e ajustes em sistemas legados e novos.
  • Monitorar performance, disponibilidade e integridade das aplicações.
  • Documentar processos, fluxos e soluções técnicas.
  • Apoiar testes, homologação e implantação de releases em produção.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência sênior como Analista de Sistemas / Sustentação de aplicações críticas.
  • Vivência com sistemas de seguros, produtos de vida ou serviços financeiros.
  • Sólida experiência em análise de incidentes, problemas e mudanças (ITIL ou similar).
  • Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais (SQL para análise e troubleshooting).
  • Experiência com integrações (APIs, webservices, mensageria ou similares).
  • Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de logs e monitorias de aplicação.

Diferenciais:

  • Atuação prévia em projetos de Vida Individual.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de monitoramento (ex.: Dynatrace, New Relic, Zabbix).
  • Experiência com ambientes distribuídos/microserviços.
  • Certificações ITIL, seguros ou tecnologia.
