Buscamos um(a) Analista de Sistemas Sênior para atuar na sustentação de sistemas de Previdência, garantindo estabilidade, evolução e suporte qualificado às áreas de negócio. Você fará parte de um time que valoriza autonomia, colaboração e melhoria contínua, em uma empresa sólida do setor financeiro, em crescimento e com forte investimento em tecnologia.

  • Atuar na sustentação de sistemas de Previdência (corretivas, evolutivas e preventivas).
  • Realizar análise de incidentes, problemas e causas raiz.
  • Especificar e validar soluções técnicas junto a times de desenvolvimento.
  • Interagir com áreas de negócio, traduzindo demandas em requisitos funcionais/técnicos.
  • Acompanhar deploys, testes integrados e homologação.
  • Documentar processos, fluxos e soluções implementadas.
  • Apoiar na melhoria contínua de performance, estabilidade e segurança das aplicações.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência sólida como Analista de Sistemas em Sustentação/Projetos (nível sênior).
  • Vivência com sistemas de Previdência (aberta, fechada ou produtos correlatos financeiros/seguros).
  • Conhecimento em análise de requisitos, modelagem de processos e especificação funcional/técnica.
  • Experiência com investigação de incidentes, leitura de logs e análise de integrações (APIs, webservices, batch etc.).
  • Noções de banco de dados (SQL) para consultas e apoio à análise.
  • Boa comunicação para interação com áreas de negócio, fornecedores e times de TI.

Diferenciais:

  • Atuação prévia em instituições financeiras, seguradoras ou entidades de Previdência.
  • Conhecimento em métodos ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e ferramentas de gestão (Jira, Azure DevOps etc.).
  • Experiência com integrações entre legados e novas plataformas (APIs, microsserviços).
  • Vivência com ambientes em nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP).
