The posting

Responsable de la reparación de los módulos electrónicos (PCB) que entren en el Centro de Reparaciones, entendiendo esta actividad como flujo productivo de la Compañía. Se entiende por actividad del Centro de Reparaciones tanto la actividad de reparación de módulos provenientes de campo para su reincorporación al stock como la actividad de reparación para clientes externos, asegurando la eficiencia en los métodos y tiempos y la calidad en el servicio de reparación, de modo que asegure la eficiencia de costes en el ciclo de vida de los módulos. Realiza la actividad de reparación / testeo / configuración de módulos/equipos dentro de los parámetros de calidad establecidos por la Compañía.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reparación de placas electrónicas con componentes SMD.
  • Manejo imprescindible de equipos de diagnóstico como Osciloscopios, multímetros.
  • Análisis de la avería con o sin plano.
  • Reparación de los diferentes tipos de fuentes de alimentación, aplicando las normas EN50514 para pruebas de seguridad.
  • Reparación de placas electrónicas de diferentes máquinas y clientes de todo el mundo.
  • Informar correctamente de los problemas en el ERP.
  • Correcta asignación de tiempo y material empleado en cada orden de trabajo.
  • Supervisión de la integridad del stock de materiales asignado a su ubicación.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA

Nivel de Educación:

  • FP de grado medio o superior en Electricidad y Electrónica.
  • Conocimiento de las normas ESD.

Experiencia:

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en reparación electrónica, placas de circuito con componentes SMD y análisis de defectos.
  • Experiencia en reparación de fuentes de alimentación conmutadas.
  • Experiencia en cajeros automáticos, dispensadores y recicladores.
  • Habituado a trabajar en entornos de mejora continua.
