Remuneração: R$ 2.500,00. Jornada de trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 17h, com 1 hora de intervalo para almoço.

A M. M. Filho Advocacia possui atuação destacada na defesa dos direitos dos servidores públicos, especialmente em demandas relacionadas ao Direito Administrativo, além de atuar nas áreas de Direito Trabalhista e Previdenciário.

Principais Atribuições:

  • Atuar na prospecção de novos clientes, inclusive por meio de visitas externas.
  • Realizar atendimento a clientes de forma presencial, online e por meio de WhatsApp, prestando orientações jurídicas e esclarecendo dúvidas processuais.
  • Alimentar e atualizar planilhas e sistemas de controle de atividades, prazos e tarefas do escritório.
  • Realizar atendimentos com potenciais clientes (leads interessados), compreender suas demandas e apresentar as soluções jurídicas oferecidas pelo escritório, conduzindo o processo de contratação até o fechamento do contrato.
  • Auxiliar na organização interna do fluxo de trabalho e no acompanhamento das atividades da equipe.
  • Controlar e cumprir prazos processuais em processos nas fases de conhecimento e execução.

  • Concentração e organização para lidar com múltiplas atividades.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com o fluxo interno do escritório.
  • Perfil comunicativo e persuasivo, com habilidade para conduzir atendimentos e apresentar soluções jurídicas aos clientes.
  • Inscrição ativa na OAB/RN.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Facilidade para atendimento ao público e relacionamento com clientes.
  • Organização e atenção para controle de prazos processuais.
  • Conhecimento básico de processo civil, especialmente nas fases de conhecimento e execução.
  • Conhecimento básico em informática e planilhas (Excel ou Google Sheets).
  • Disponibilidade para pequenas viagens pelo Estado.
  • Bonificação por produtividade (Podendo chegar até 3.000,00)
