The posting

Remuneração: R$1.678,00 + comissionamento (entre R$2.000,00 à R$4.000,00) conforme a sua performace. Horário: Segunda à Sexta das 8:00h às 17:30h (com 1h de intervalo) e aos sábados 8:00h às 12:00h.

Somos uma empresa especializada em motos, em crescimento constante, e buscamos alguém que queira construir carreira em vendas, com suporte, treinamento e metas claras. Aqui, você será peça-chave para conectar clientes à moto ideal, oferecendo uma experiência de compra consultiva e transparente.

  • Realizar atendimento presencial e online aos clientes interessados na compra de motos;
  • Realizar negociações e conduzir o atendimento até o fechamento da venda;
  • Simular e apresentar opções de financiamento bancário e financiamento próprio;
  • Responder clientes por WhatsApp, Instagram, OLX e demais canais de atendimento da empresa;
  • Organizar e acompanhar os leads recebidos, realizando retornos e follow-ups;
  • Prospectar novos clientes e desenvolver ações para gerar oportunidades de vendas;
  • Manter contato com clientes que ainda não concluíram a compra;
  • Realizar pós-venda, acompanhando a satisfação do cliente e buscando indicações;
  • Auxiliar na organização, exposição e identificação das motos no salão de vendas;
  • Produzir fotos, vídeos e conteúdos para divulgação nos canais da empresa;
  • Cumprir as metas individuais e colaborar para o alcance das metas gerais da loja;
  • Executar outras atividades relacionadas ao setor comercial, conforme a necessidade da empresa.
  • CNH válida;
  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Experiência anterior com vendas e/ou atendimento ao cliente;
  • Desenvoltura para gravação de vídeos e conteúdos para redes sociais;
  • Organização, disciplina e responsabilidade;
  • Perfil proativo e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Orientação para metas, resultados e comissionamento;
  • Comprometimento com horários, normas e procedimentos da empresa;
  • Conhecimento básico de informática e facilidade para utilizar WhatsApp, redes sociais e sistemas de atendimento.
