Deine Aufgaben

  • PC- gesteuerte Routenplanung und Optimierung der täglichen Touren mit Hilfe modernster Software
  • Telefonische Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen und Sicherstellung der Dienstleistungsqualität
  • Verteilung der Sendungen auf die verschiedenen Touren
  • Koordination, Austausch und Steuerung unserer Partner
  • Qualitätssicherung und Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Kennzahlen aufbereiten, Maßnahmen hieraus ableiten und gemeinsam im Team umsetzen
  • Kaufmännisches Abrechnungswesen
  • Arbeitszeit im 2-Schicht-Wechel Montag - Freitag von 05:30 - 20:00 Uhr
  • Bereitschaft ca. 1 Woche/Monat den Notdienst zu übernehmen

Dein Profil

  • Das Interesse und die Motivation sich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und die Bereitschaft im Bedarfsfall die Ärmel hochzukrempeln
  • Spaß an körperlicher Arbeit um bei der Verteilung der Sendungen anpacken zu können
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Aufgeschlossenheit sowohl unseren Kunden als auch deinen Kollegen gegenüber
  • Erfahrungen innerhalb der Logistik-Branche können von Vorteil sein, sind jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
