Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie verantworten den operativen und vertrieblichen Bereich Ihrer Niederlassung sowie die Kommunikation mit den Partnerstationen
  • Zusätzlich fallen weiterhin die Bereiche Fuhrpark und Kurierwesen in Ihren Aufgabenbereich
  • Durch aktive Unterstützung forcieren sie mit Ihrem Team den Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenstamms
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die betriebswirtschaftliche Entwicklung und die Einhaltung der Qualitätskennzahlen
  • Sie informieren die Geschäftsleitung regelmäßig über neue Entwicklungen
  • Zu einer kundenorientierten und effektiven Arbeitsweise motivieren Sie Ihre 20 Mitarbeiter
  • Wenn es die Situation erfordert, packen Sie auch gerne selbst im Tagesgeschäft mit an

Ihr Profil

  • Durch Ihre mehrjährige Berufspraxis und Führungsverantwortung in der Logistik haben Sie sich das nötige Know-how angeeignet
  • Sie haben Freude daran, eine vertrauensvolle Geschäftsbeziehung zu Neukunden aufzubauen
  • Zur Gewinnung neuer Kooperationspartner kennen Sie sich in der Region Leipzig sehr gut aus
  • Sie coachen, motivieren und betreuen die Mitglieder Ihres wachsenden Teams
  • Sie schaffen Vertrauen und Begeisterung bei Ihren Mitarbeitern durch Ihre positive, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Art
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus. Die Priorisierung und Verfolgung einer Vielzahl an Aufgaben ist ein Leichtes für Sie
  • Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B für gelegentliche Dienstreisen
