Deine Aufgaben

  • Prozessmanagement weiterentwickeln – Du identifizierst, analysierst, dokumentierst und optimierst Geschäftsprozesse entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.
  • Prozessdigitalisierung vorantreiben – Du überführst bestehende Prozesse in digitale Prozessmodelle und sorgst für eine transparente und einheitliche Prozesslandschaft.
  • Prozessdokumentation aufbauen – Du erfasst bestehende Abläufe gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und modellierst diese nach definierten Standards.
  • Transparenz schaffen – Du pflegst und entwickelst die unternehmensweite Prozesslandkarte weiter und sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität in der Prozessdokumentation.
  • Verbesserungspotenziale erkennen – Du analysierst Schwachstellen, Risiken und Schnittstellen in bestehenden Abläufen und leitest geeignete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Workflowmanagement / der Digitalisierung - Du verfügst über mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Digitalisierung oder im Bereich des Workflow- oder Anwendungsmanagement
  • Du kennst die Standards - Du kannst Prozesse und Workflows strukturiert und verständlich modellieren
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert Du erkennst Schwachstellen, denkst analytisch und setzt Maßnahmen zielgerichtet um.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und gleichzeitig ein hilfsbereiter Teamplayer
  • Kenntnisse in der Software CWA smart process sind wünschenswert aber kein muss

Du bist gerne mal an einem anderen Ort – Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10-20%) trifft genau deinen Geschmack.
