Nous recherchons un.e Chef.fe de Service Entretien pour mettre à profit votre expertise et rejoindre notre équipe. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la performance, l’ambiance et la mobilisation du service, tout en favorisant un environnement de travail sain et une relation de proximité avec les résidents.

Vos responsabilités clés :

  • Être présent sur le terrain, intervenir rapidement et gérer les imprévus.
  • Superviser les opérations d’entretien afin d’assurer la qualité, la sécurité et la conformité des installations.
  • Planifier l’entretien préventif et coordonner les réparations.
  • Encadrer, former et mobiliser l’équipe pour assurer la performance du service.
  • Gérer les fournisseurs, les achats et le suivi budgétaire.
  • Assurer une communication efficace avec la direction et les autres services.
  • Optimiser les processus et contribuer à l’amélioration continue.

Votre profil :

  • 5 ans d’expérience ou plus dans un rôle similaire, avec un DEP en entretien général d’immeuble (ou formation équivalente).
  • Un leadership structuré et mobilisateur, axé sur les résultats et la qualité du service.
  • Un excellent sens de l’organisation et des capacités d’analyse pour optimiser les méthodes de travail.
  • Une bonne gestion des priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Une communication claire et professionnelle, favorisant la mobilisation de l’équipe.
  • Une approche proactive, axée sur l’amélioration continue et la satisfaction des résidents.
