Pour soutenir notre croissance et la production de nos composantes de haute technologie, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) machiniste CNC talentueux(-euse) et minutieux(-euse) pour rejoindre notre équipe de fabrication.

Votre mission au sein de l'équipe

En tant que machiniste sur machine-outil à commande numérique (CNC), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la fabrication de nos pièces sur mesure. Dans un environnement de travail propre, structuré et stable, vous serez responsable de transformer la matière première en composantes de haute précision qui feront partie de nos projets internationaux.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Programmation et configuration : Régler et programmer les machines-outils à commande numérique (CNC) pour optimiser la production.
  • Analyse technique : Lire et interpréter avec rigueur les plans d'ingénierie, les dessins techniques et les devis.
  • Précision mathématique : Calculer avec exactitude les dimensions, les tolérances et les paramètres des pièces à usiner.
  • Opération et maintenance : Effectuer les montages (set-up), opérer les équipements et assurer l'entretien préventif des machines-outils.
  • Assemblage : Ajuster, limer et assembler avec minutie les différentes pièces métalliques usinées.
  • Contrôle qualité : Vérifier rigoureusement la conformité des produits finis à l'aide d'instruments de mesure de précision, afin de garantir les hauts standards de qualité de SACO.

Le profil que nous recherchons :

  • Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) en technique d’usinage, profil commande numérique (ASP en matriçage/usinage sur machines-outils à commande numérique est un atout).
  • Expérience pertinente en usinage CNC.
  • Excellente capacité à lire des plans complexes et à utiliser des instruments de mesure (vernier, micromètre, etc.).
  • Grande minutie, souci du détail et autonomie.
  • Fiabilité et désir de s'investir à long terme dans un poste stable.
