En tant que réceptionniste au service à la clientèle / agent(e) de bureau, vous mettrez votre bienveillance, votre professionnalisme et votre sens du service au profit des patients accompagnés par les professionnels de la santé auditive affiliés aux cliniques Lobe. En étant la première voix entendue et le premier point de contact, vous contribuerez à transformer chaque interaction en une expérience rassurante, humaine et exceptionnelle, incarnant ainsi pleinement la promesse client « Un seul appel. On s’occupe de vous. »

Voici ce que vous serez amené à faire dans votre rôle: (responsabilités)

  • Accueillir les patients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme en leur offrant un service attentionné et personnalisé.
  • Répondre aux appels et aux demandes d'information.
  • Connaître le rôle de chaque professionnel de la santé auditive affilié aux cliniques Lobe (médecins ORL, audioprothésistes, audiologistes, éducateurs spécialisés) afin de contribuer à la bonne coordination et à la qualité des services offerts.
  • Planifier et gérer les rendez-vous des différents professionnels de la santé auditive.
  • Assurer la mise à jour administrative et le suivi rigoureux des dossiers patients.
  • Effectuer la facturation des produits d’entretien et de certains services offerts aux patients.
  • Contribuer à maintenir, au sein de la clinique, un environnement accueillant, professionnel et sécuritaire, axé sur le service à la clientèle.
  • Contribuer à la gestion et aux commandes de fournitures et papeteries.
  • Préparer les journées ORL (céduler les rendez-vous et accueillir les patients, stérilisation de la zone de travail

Voici le profil que nous cherchons pour ce poste :

  • Vous détenez un DEP en secrétariat ou un DEC en bureautique ou une AEC en secrétariat.
  • Vous possédez au moins 3 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle dans le domaine de la santé.
  • Vous communiquez avec aisance et efficacité en français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Vous maîtrisez les logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Vous aimez aider les gens et offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, en faisant preuve d’écoute, d’empathie et de discrétion.
  • Vous êtes une personne débrouillarde, organisée et rigoureuse, capable de gérer plusieurs priorités.
  • Vous vous démarquez par votre fiabilité, votre professionnalisme et votre grande aisance relationnelle.
  • Vous appréciez le travail d'équipe et la collaboration.
