Enjeux & Description du poste

Rattaché(e) directement à la direction de la résidence, le/la Responsable des soins joue un rôle central et stratégique. Garant(e) de la qualité des actes dispensés, vous assurez la supervision clinique, la rigueur administrative et l'encadrement des équipes de soins sur le terrain. Votre leadership contribuera directement au maintien de la certification de l'établissement et à la sécurité des résidents.
