Em Santa Catarina vem se posicionando como empresa que atende por diversos canais, com sede, indústria e loja própria (NCoisas) situadas na Grande Florianópolis.

Com um crescimento no faturamento de mais de 80% no último ano, está à procura de Jovem Aprendiz para compor a sua equipe.

ATIVIDADES:

  • Atuar alinhado com a missão, visão e valores da instituição;
  • Auxiliar as equipes em relação às demandas administrativas da área. Tais como: organização do arquivo, fazer relatórios simples, preenchimento de formulários e planilhas, etc.;
  • Anotar os recados e repassá-los para as pessoas responsáveis;
  • Digitar documentos e arquivá-los de forma ordenada;
  • Cumprir normas e procedimentos da empresa, inerentes a área de atuação;
  • Prestará apoio à organização em uma área funcional específica, participando de novos projetos.
  • Auxiliar nas demandas de comunicação interna;
  • Realizar entrega de documentos em setores diversos;
  • Prestará apoio à organização em uma área funcional específica, participando de novos projetos.

FORMAÇÃO:

  • Cursando Ensino Médio;

REQUISITOS:

  • Ensino médio completo ou estar matriculado em alguma instituição de ensino (médio ou técnico integrado).
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office (Word, Excel, power Point) será um diferencial;
  • Disponível no Turno da manhã ou tarde (conforme o local);

REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS:

  • Ter boa frequência nas aulas teóricas e presencial;
  • Senso de organização, disposição e interesse em aprender e se desenvolver.
  • Proatividade, comprometimento e engajamento com suas tarefas.
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e interação;

Carga horária:

  • De Segunda a Sexta das 8h às 12h (manhã)
  • 20 horas semanais sendo 4 horas diárias
  • 4 dias de atividades práticas na empresa e 1 teórica na instituição de ensino.
  • Local de trabalho Sede Administrativa ou Biguaçu.
