Dla naszego Klienta, globalnego lidera w segmencie zaawansowanych chemicznych materiałów i klejów przemysłowych, poszukujemy doświadczonego Key Account Managera do struktur Business Unit Industry. Stanowisko to jest skierowane do eksperta o wysokiej dojrzałości biznesowej, który odnajduje się w sprzedaży doradczej i stawia na budowanie długofalowych, wartościowych relacji z kluczowymi interesariuszami.

  • zarządzanie i rozwój współpracy z kluczowymi klientami w Polsce oraz zwiększanie sprzedaży klejów poliuretanowych (1C i 2C) oraz klejów Hot Melt stosowanych w procesach laminacji przemysłowej,
  • zwiększanie udziału firmy w rynku Industrial Lamination na podległych rynkach: lubelskie, mazowieckie, podlaskie, łódzkie, świętokrzyskie, podkarpackie, małopolskie, śląskie,
  • budowanie długoterminowych relacji z kluczowymi klientami oraz zapewnianie wysokiego poziomu wsparcia i obsługi,
  • promowanie koncepcji Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) i wspieranie klientów w optymalizacji kosztów procesów produkcyjnych,
  • zarządzanie planowaniem działań sprzedażowych oraz raportowaniem aktywności handlowych,
  • koordynowanie komunikacji z klientami, w tym obsługa reklamacji, przygotowywanie ofert, specyfikacji i dokumentacji technicznej,
  • utrzymywanie relacji z kluczowymi decydentami, projektantami, architektami, wykonawcami, producentami oraz organizacjami branżowymi,
  • realizacja wizyt handlowych, działań telefonicznych oraz aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów,
  • zapewnianie doradztwa technicznego oraz wsparcia w rozwiązywaniu problemów związanych ze stosowaniem produktów,
  • współpraca z klientami przy testach, wdrożeniach i optymalizacji procesów technologicznych.
  • wykształcenie wyższe techniczne lub biznesowe,
  • doświadczenie w sprzedaży B2B oraz zarządzaniu kluczowymi klientami w branży przemysłowej,
  • znajomość rynku klejów przemysłowych, materiałów kompozytowych lub pokrewnych technologii,
  • wiedza techniczna pozwalająca na doradztwo i sprzedaż rozwiązań dla klientów,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
  • umiejętność budowania relacji biznesowych, prowadzenia negocjacji i rozwijania współpracy z klientami,
  • gotowość do podróży służbowych na terenie Polski i okazjonalnie za granicą.
  • stabilne zatrudnienie w oparciu o Umowę o Pracę, w renomowanej, rozpoznawalnej na całym świecie organizacji,
  • duża autonomia w zarządzaniu powierzonym obszarem,
  • samodzielność w działaniu - możliwość kształtowania swojego stanowiska pracy,
