Als IT Support Specialist (1st & 2nd Level) stellst du den stabilen Betrieb unserer Kochroboter sicher. Du erkennst technische Probleme früh, koordinierst die Lösungsfindung und hältst Prozesse schlank und effizient. So sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Roboter jederzeit zuverlässig laufen.

Diese Aufgaben übernimmst du:

  • Systembetrieb & Monitoring: Du überwachst unsere Robotersysteme remote von unserem Hamburger Standort aus, analysierst Alerts und Systemzustände und erkennst technische Auffälligkeiten frühzeitig.
  • Incident Management: Du identifizierst Störungen proaktiv, nimmst Fehlermeldungen telefonisch an und führst strukturierte Fehleranalysen durch. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering und Field Operations koordinierst du die Problembehebung.
  • Dokumentation: Du dokumentierst Systemdaten, Incidents und Lösungswege klar und nachvollziehbar, stellst reibungslose Übergaben zwischen Schichten sicher und entwickelst Playbooks für wiederkehrende Szenarien.
  • Automatisierung & Prozessoptimierung: Du entwickelst neue Automatisierungen, Workflows oder interne Tools und verbesserst bestehende Monitoring-, Support- und Betriebsprozesse kontinuierlich.
  • Kommunikation & Zusammenarbeit: Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Field Operations und internen Teams. Dabei kommunizierst du klar, lösungsorientiert und auf Augenhöhe.

Diese Eigenschaften bringst du idealerweise mit:

  • Einschlägiger IT-Background: Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der IT oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld mit und findest dich in modernen, komplexen Technologieumgebungen schnell zurecht.
  • Erfahrung im technischen Support: Du hast technische Störungen bereits eigenverantwortlich bearbeitet – insbesondere im telefonischen Support, von der strukturierten Aufnahme und Priorisierung bis zur nachhaltigen Lösung.
  • Sicher in der direkten Kommunikation: Du behältst in kritischen Situationen stets die Ruhe und kommunizierst stets technisch klar, souverän und lösungsorientiert.
  • Lernbereit & wissbegierig: Du willst verstehen, wie Systeme wirklich funktionieren, entwickelst dich kontinuierlich weiter und setzt moderne Tools und KI gezielt ein, um effizienter zu arbeiten.
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse: Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch (mind. C1) und bist auch im Englischen sicher – für klare, professionelle Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams.
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst: Selbstverständlich mit entsprechendem Ausgleich.
  • Infrastruktur-Know-how als Plus: Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnik, Servern, Virtualisierung oder moderner Infrastruktur ist ein Plus, aber keine Bedingung.
  • Neugier auf KI & Automatisierung: Interesse an KI-Modellen und/oder erste Erfahrung mit Workflow-Tools wie n8n runden dein Profil ab.
