Als Teil unseres Service- und Deployment-Teams stellst du sicher, dass unsere Kochroboter im täglichen Einsatz zuverlässig und stabil laufen – primär im süddeutschen Raum, und auch darüber hinaus. Du baust neue Systeme beim Kund:innen mit auf, nimmst sie in Betrieb, analysierst Fehler und führst Wartungen und Reparaturen durch. Direkt im Feld sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Technologie zuverlässig läuft. Damit du dafür bestens vorbereitet bist, arbeitest du dich in den ersten rund drei Monaten an unserem Standort in Hamburg ein – danach übernimmst du deine Region eigenständig.

Diese Aufgaben übernimmst Du:

  • Serviceeinsätze im Außendienst: Du führst Wartungen, Reparaturen und Anpassungen an unseren Kochrobotern direkt bei Kund:innen durch – zuverlässig und im laufenden Betrieb.
  • Fehleranalyse & Störungsbehebung: Du diagnostizierst technische Störungen eigenständig, identifizierst die Ursache und behebst sie fachgerecht vor Ort.
  • Dokumentation & Serviceberichte: Du erfasst alle Einsatzdaten strukturiert und erstellst nachvollziehbare Serviceberichte für ein lückenloses Servicemanagement.
  • Technische Ansprechperson im Feld: Du betreust unsere Kund:innen als kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in vor Ort – technisch versiert, lösungsorientiert und verlässlich.
  • Installation & Inbetriebnahme: Bei Bedarf unterstützt du Installation und Inbetriebnahme neuer Roboter direkt beim Kund:innen – von der Montage bis zum Betriebsstart.

Diese Eigenschaften bringst Du mit:

  • Technische Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Elektronik, Mechatronik oder einem verwandten technischen Bereich – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im technischen Service: Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit mechatronischen Systemen mit, vorzugsweise aus dem Field Service oder einer serviceorientierten Rolle.
  • DGUV-Kenntnisse: Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit der Durchführung von DGUV-Prüfungen (z. B. DGUV V3).
  • Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse: Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und kannst dich auch auf Englisch gut verständigen.
  • Reisebereitschaft & Flexibilität: Du bist gerne unterwegs und bringst hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region mit (bis zu 100%). Auch Rufbereitschaft ist für dich kein Problem.
  • Führerschein Klasse B: Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B.
  • Nähe zum Einsatzgebiet: Du wohnst im süddeutschen Raum und damit in direkter Nähe zu vielen der von dir betreuten Roboter.
