  • Impartir/facilitar soluciones de capacitación y aprendizaje de calidad, presenciales y virtuales, para cumplir con los objetivos establecidos de cada curso, alineándolos con los objetivos y necesidades del negocio.
  • Gestionar el tiempo de manera efectiva para planificar, organizar e impartir programas de aprendizaje de forma oportuna, cumpliendo los objetivos del curso de acuerdo con los horarios de clase.
  • Mantener conocimientos actualizados y experiencia en la materia sobre requisitos regulatorios y procedimentales, así como de los sistemas relevantes del cliente, para minimizar riesgos.
  • Brindar apoyo de liderazgo a los participantes.
  • Proporcionar apoyo a Producción para las clases e iniciativas según sea necesario.
  • Mantener conocimiento de los sistemas del cliente para poder apoyar a los participantes en su uso.
  • Colaborar activamente con el equipo de Delivery en general para maximizar la capacidad de entrega en todo el grupo.
  • Proporcionar apoyo y experiencia en el diseño y desarrollo de programas nuevos y existentes cuando sea requerido.
  • Asegurar que toda la capacitación sea evaluada de manera efectiva y eficiente utilizando la documentación y/o sistemas adecuados, y usar esta información para mejorar la efectividad personal y de los cursos.
  • Construir relaciones constructivas y de valor agregado con los principales grupos de interés internos y externos, según sea necesario. Actuar para resolver cualquier problema asociado con la entrega al cliente, asegurando que los responsables correspondientes identifiquen y tomen las acciones necesarias.
  • Cumplir con todos los requisitos de proceso tanto del Cliente como de GP (por ejemplo, capacitación obligatoria).
  • Mantener actualizado el Instructor Diary para asegurar que todas las actividades de soporte al cliente estén correctamente registradas y reportables.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia impartiendo cursos presenciales y virtuales
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en capacitación de fuerza de ventas
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en capacitación en la industria de seguros

Habilidades personales:

  • Comunicación efectiva
  • Facilidad para hablar en público
  • Manejo de grupos
  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Actitud de servicio

Habilidades técnicas:

  • Buen dominio de Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Conocimiento de herramientas aulas virtuales
  • Licenciatura en áreas económicas, administrativas, de comunicación o mercadotecnia
