The posting

Atuar nas rotinas do departamento financeiro, com ênfase em Contas a Pagar, garantindo o correto lançamento, conferência, programação e acompanhamento das obrigações financeiras da empresa.

O profissional também deverá ter capacidade para transitar entre as rotinas de Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber, apoiando o time conforme a demanda e contribuindo para a organização, controle e confiabilidade das informações financeiras.

Principais responsabilidades

Contas a Pagar – atividade principal

  • Receber, conferir e lançar notas fiscais, boletos e demais documentos financeiros;
  • Realizar lançamentos no sistema ERP;
  • Preparar e acompanhar a programação de pagamentos;
  • Conferir vencimentos, valores, dados bancários e aprovações;
  • Realizar baixas e acompanhar pagamentos efetuados;
  • Efetuar conciliações bancárias;
  • Acompanhar títulos em aberto e eventuais divergências;
  • Manter contato com fornecedores para esclarecimentos e regularizações;
  • Apoiar o fechamento financeiro mensal;
  • Organizar documentos e controles relacionados ao Contas a Pagar;
  • Apoiar na elaboração e atualização do fluxo de caixa;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos e prazos internos.

Contas a Receber – apoio e cobertura

  • Apoiar na baixa e conciliação de recebimentos;
  • Acompanhar títulos em aberto e vencidos;
  • Apoiar na cobrança de clientes quando necessário;
  • Realizar conferência de recebimentos e identificar divergências;
  • Auxiliar na emissão e envio de boletos e documentos financeiros;
  • Apoiar negociações e prorrogações de títulos conforme orientação da área;
  • Dar suporte às rotinas de Contas a Receber em períodos de férias, ausências ou aumento de demanda.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência anterior em rotinas financeiras;
  • Conhecimento de Contas a Pagar;
  • Conhecimento básico ou intermediário de Contas a Receber;
  • Conhecimento de conciliação bancária;
  • Conhecimento de Excel;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas ERP;
  • Boa organização e atenção aos detalhes.

Diferenciais

  • Excel intermediário/avançado
  • Experiência com alto volume de lançamentos e pagamentos;
  • Vivência em empresas com processos estruturados de fechamento financeiro;
  • Experiência tanto em Contas a Pagar quanto em Contas a Receber;
  • Conhecimento de fluxo de caixa.
