Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Contas a Pagar para atuar no controle, análise e conciliação dos processos de pagamentos, garantindo a correta execução das obrigações financeiras, confiabilidade das informações e suporte ao fluxo de caixa da empresa.

Responsabilidades

Você será responsável por:

  • Garantir despesas, documentos fiscais e lançamentos, assegurando a correta programação dos pagamentos;
  • Acompanhar e planejar os vencimentos, revisar lotes e apoiar a execução dos pagamentos dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;
  • Realizar baixas e conciliações bancárias, tratando divergências e garantindo a confiabilidade das informações financeiras;
  • Controlar adiantamentos, prestações de contas, financiamentos, cartões, empréstimos e demais compromissos financeiros;
  • Acompanhar indicadores, projeções de pagamentos e informações para apoio ao fluxo de caixa e fechamento contábil;
  • Atuar em interface com todas as áreas, apoiando também a melhoria dos processos, controles e automações.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência sólida em Contas a Pagar e/ou Tesouraria;
  • Vivência com conciliação bancária, baixas de pagamentos e controle de adiantamentos;
  • Conhecimento em financiamentos e empréstimos, incluindo juros, CET, IOF, amortização e liquidação antecipada;
  • Noções de impostos, retenções em notas fiscais e lançamentos contábeis;
  • Conhecimento em internet banking empresarial, DDA, boletos, pix e guias;
  • Vivência com sistemas ERP;
  • Conhecimento em Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel e experiência prática com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à análise de dados, automação de rotinas, produtividade e otimização de processos financeiros.
