THE OPPORTUNITY

Superhuman Go is our proactive AI assistant. It understands the user’s context, works across the tools where work already happens, and brings together specialized agents that can answer questions, create content, and take action.

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help define and build the future of Go. Depending on your strengths and the team’s needs, you may focus on the core Go experience, including chat, orchestration, memory, rich interactions, and experiences across web, desktop, and mobile. Alternatively, you may focus on the platform that enables people and developers to create, connect, publish, and distribute agents.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone excited by both AI product craft and complex systems. You’ll work on product questions without established playbooks: how an AI assistant decides what to do, how it earns users’ trust, how people create useful agents without becoming prompt engineers, and how shared capabilities can serve Superhuman’s products and partner ecosystem.

Go sits at the center of Superhuman’s product strategy. It combines the reach and proactive assistance pioneered by Grammarly with the context, applications, and extensibility of the broader Superhuman suite. Our goal is to build an AI assistant that works wherever people work and provides useful help at the moment it is needed.

In This Role, You Will:

- Own the strategy and roadmap for a major area of Superhuman Go, connecting a clear long-term direction to focused near-term priorities.

- Develop a deep understanding of how knowledge workers use AI, where existing assistants fall short, and which workflows Go can improve.

- Partner closely with engineering, design, research, data science, and go-to-market teams to take ambiguous problems from early exploration through launch and iteration.

- Define high-quality user journeys across capabilities such as chat, orchestration, memory, agents, connectors, file handling, background work, and cross-device experiences.

- Turn complex AI and platform capabilities into experiences that feel clear, trustworthy, and useful to everyday users and advanced builders.

- Establish clear measures of success, using qualitative and quantitative evidence to prioritize investments and assess product quality.

- Work across Superhuman Docs, Mail, Grammarly, and external partners to ensure Go’s platform addresses real product needs and creates reusable value across the suite.

- Create clarity across interconnected teams by documenting decisions, communicating tradeoffs, and maintaining momentum when ownership or direction is unclear.

QUALIFICATIONS

- You have 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning complex products from discovery through launch and iteration.

- You have experience building AI-powered, consumer, prosumer, developer-platform, or technically sophisticated products.

- You demonstrate strong product judgment and can turn emerging technical capabilities into intuitive experiences that solve meaningful user problems.

- You are comfortable working closely with engineers on architecture, APIs, reliability, permissions, privacy, security, and other technical tradeoffs.

- You have experience shipping products or platforms that span multiple teams, user journeys, or surfaces.

- You are analytically rigorous and comfortable defining metrics, interpreting imperfect data, running experiments, and balancing evidence with product intuition.

- You communicate clearly in writing and conversation, particularly when the problem is ambiguous or requires difficult prioritization.

- You have demonstrated the ability to work independently and take cross-functional problems from initial insight to shipped product with limited oversight.

- AI Product Judgment: You understand both the potential and the limitations of current AI systems. You design for trust, evaluation, failure recovery, and appropriate user control.

- Product Craft: You care deeply about making complicated capabilities feel clear and intuitive. You notice where users become confused, lose trust, or fail to discover value, and you work through the details required to address those problems.

- Systems and Platform Thinking: You can design for an immediate customer experience while creating foundations that serve multiple products, teams, surfaces, and partners over time.

- Strategic Clarity: You can form a clear point of view from incomplete information, identify the most important question, and translate strategy into an executable roadmap.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: You build trust across engineering, design, data, research, and go-to-market teams. You influence through clear reasoning and shared outcomes rather than organizational authority.

- AI-First Operator: You embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making. You model fluency, curiosity, and visible use of AI to raise the bar for speed, quality, and customer impact.

- Extreme Ownership: You act as if you are fully responsible for your outcomes and the outcomes of the company. You do this without stepping on toes.

- Results Driven: You take initiative, hold yourself accountable when results are off, and adjust the plan when necessary.

- Low Ego: You put the company ahead of yourself and focus discussions on results and how to improve them.

- You work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manage priorities across multiple projects, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
