The posting

Job description

Join an international executive search and advisory firm working with leading organisations across the Natural Resources sector. Based in the heart of London’s vibrant West End, just a short walk from Oxford Circus, you’ll join a globally connected team in a varied role combining executive support, project coordination and internal operations. Working closely with Partners and Senior Partners, you’ll help deliver international executive search and advisory projects while ensuring an excellent experience for clients, candidates and colleagues.

The Role:

You’ll coordinate executive search and advisory projects from initiation through to completion, managing a varied portfolio with differing levels of complexity and individual client requirements. Understanding what each assignment needs, adapting your approach and maintaining oversight of a range of priorities will be central to your success. Alongside project coordination, you’ll provide high-quality executive support to Partners and Senior Partners. You’ll also connect internal teams, ensuring information, actions and priorities are communicated clearly and followed through.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating search and advisory projects, managing timelines, meetings, documentation, and key deliverables.
  • Responding to the specific requirements of each client and assignment, keeping multiple projects on track.
  • Providing reliable, high-quality EA support to Partners and Senior Partners, including complex diary and meeting management.
  • Creating and preparing polished presentations, reports and client-facing documentation.
  • Organising and managing international travel and associated logistics.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, clients and candidates to ensure projects progress smoothly.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and acting as a professional, responsive point of contact.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of our systems and processes, becoming a confident super user and trusted source of knowledge for colleagues.
  • Anticipating priorities, resolving issues and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.

About You:

You’re highly organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership. You enjoy managing a range of priorities and bring sound judgement, attention to detail and clear communication. You’ll be confident building relationships with senior leaders and international stakeholders, curious about technology, and keen to understand the systems you use. Above all, you take pride in helping a team deliver at its best.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
