Join Granger Reis, an international executive search and advisory firm partnering with some of the world’s leading organisations across the Real Assets sector. Based in central London, this Senior Associate opportunity is for an ambitious search professional ready to take greater ownership, deepen their expertise and make a meaningful contribution to a growing practice. You will work with increasing autonomy across complex executive search and advisory mandates, lead client, and candidate conversations, and build a strong industry network. Working closely with experienced colleagues in a globally connected team, you will have scope to demonstrate your judgement, contribute to business development, and shape the next stage of your career. The Role

Working with our Practice Leader, Partners, and Principals, you will:

  • Own search research, from market mapping and talent identification to candidate engagement
  • Coordinate assignments from briefing to completion, keeping colleagues, clients and candidates informed
  • Conduct candidate interviews, develop your assessment expertise, and prepare clear candidate reports
  • Analyse and organise business information and market data to inform searches, client updates, and shortlist discussions.
  • Build senior executive relationships, support key accounts, and help develop new business opportunities.
  • Guide colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement across the practice.

About You

You will bring experience in executive search, talent research or a comparable role, having developed in-depth industry knowledge and confidence in key elements of the search process. You can manage a range of priorities, turn business information and market data into useful insight, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders. You will bring relevant sector knowledge and an interest in deepening your Real Assets expertise.
