The Opportunity
Take full clinical and administrative ownership of an inpatient behavioral health program inside a growing healthcare organization, and help shape where its behavioral health and substance use disorder services go next.
This is a director-level role with a $120,000–$145,000 salary, a defined service line, and a seat at the table with physicians, nursing, social work, and therapy. Relocation assistance is available, and the search is open to candidates nationwide.
Why This Opportunity Is Worth a Look

- Develop and evaluate department policies, procedures, and programs
- Track patient-care outcomes and drive quality improvement using data
- Keep the department compliant with accreditation and regulatory requirements
- Work with health-system partners on utilization review, corporate compliance, operations, and patient safety
