Nosso cliente é uma empresa familiar com mais de 35 anos de atuação no mercado de combustíveis, com 10 unidades na região do ABC Paulista e operação em diferentes frentes de negócio, como abastecimento, conveniência, troca de óleo, lavagem automotiva, logística e áreas administrativas.

A empresa vive um momento estratégico de profissionalização da gestão, com foco em governança, fortalecimento da cultura, revisão de processos, implantação de indicadores, desenvolvimento das lideranças e maior previsibilidade nas rotinas de RH, DP e DHO.

Buscamos um(a) Coordenador de RH, DP e DHO para assumir uma posição de alta relevância na estruturação da área de Gestão de Pessoas.

Mais do que manter processos existentes, essa pessoa terá o desafio de construir, organizar e fortalecer a área, atuando de forma próxima à Diretoria, Governança, Operações, Financeiro, Jurídico e gestores das unidades.

Essa oportunidade é para profissionais que gostam de implantar, estruturar, organizar processos, desenvolver lideranças e transformar o RH em um parceiro estratégico do negócio.

Principais desafios da posição:

• Diagnosticar o estágio atual da área de RH, DP e DHO; • Estruturar processos, rotinas, fluxos e responsabilidades; • Fortalecer os controles de Departamento Pessoal; • Garantir conformidade trabalhista, eSocial, ponto, jornada, férias, admissões e desligamentos; • Padronizar processos de recrutamento, seleção e onboarding; • Desenvolver lideranças e apoiar a gestão de performance; • Implantar avaliação de desempenho, PDI, trilhas de aprendizagem e contratos de expectativa; • Fortalecer a cultura organizacional e transformar valores em comportamentos observáveis; • Implantar indicadores como turnover, absenteísmo, horas extras, SLA de contratação, treinamentos, onboarding e pendências trabalhistas; • Apresentar dashboards executivos e prestar contas à Diretoria com base em dados, evidências e planos de ação.

Buscamos um perfil com:

• Experiência sólida em RH, DP e DHO; • Vivência prática em estruturação ou reestruturação de áreas de Gestão de Pessoas; • Conhecimento consistente em legislação trabalhista, folha, ponto, banco de horas, férias, benefícios e eSocial; • Experiência com recrutamento e seleção, entrevistas por competências, onboarding e comunicação interna; • Atuação com desenvolvimento de lideranças, avaliação de desempenho, feedbacks, treinamentos e PDI; • Capacidade de implantação de processos, indicadores, políticas internas e planos de ação; • Boa visão analítica, organização, senso de urgência e disciplina de execução; • Maturidade para lidar com conflitos, cobrar com respeito e influenciar lideranças sem perder proximidade com a operação.

Será um diferencial ter atuado em empresas familiares, redes de varejo, operações multilojas, empresas em processo de profissionalização ou ambientes com alto volume de colaboradores e necessidade de estruturação.
