Deine Rolle

Du verantwortest die Finanzbuchhaltung und das Controlling der drei Gruppengesellschaften (GREENPEAK Management GmbH, GREENPEAK Services GmbH, GREENPEAK Partners Advisory) sowie die vorbereitende Buchhaltung mehrerer Holdinggesellschaften. Du bist zentrale Schnittstelle zu unserem externen Dienstleister LKC Grünwald und berichtest an den Teamlead Accounting Process Management, den Head of Accounting & Controlling sowie für die Gruppengesellschaften an den CFO.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Buchhaltung: Vorbereitende Buchhaltung mehrerer Holdinggesellschaften (Rechnungseingang, Kreditoren, Debitoren) sowie Finanzbuchhaltung der drei Gruppengesellschaften
  • Workflow end-to-end: Belegeingang, Prüfung, Klärung, Freigaben, Zahlungsverkehr inkl. Überwachung der Zahlungsein- und -ausgänge, Nachverfolgung sowie Ausgangsrechnungen für Beratungsleistungen
  • Schnittstelle Steuerbüro: Koordination der laufenden Buchhaltung, vollständige Erfassung aller Geschäftsvorfälle, Kontrolle von BWA und OPOS-Listen
  • Abstimmungen: Plausibilitäten prüfen, Differenzen und Buchungsunstimmigkeiten klären, offene Punkte nachverfolgen
  • Abschlüsse & Steuern: Unterlagen für Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse und Bilanzpositionen, Aufstellung der Jahresabschlüsse der Gruppengesellschaften, Begleitung von Abschlussprüfung und Steuererklärungen
  • Controlling: Konsolidierung in LucaNet, Liquiditätsplanung und -prüfung, Budgets, Forecasts, Reportings für die Geschäftsführung
  • Tools & Prozesse: Finway steuern und weiterentwickeln (Rechnungen, Zahlungen, Budgets, Integrationen), neue Tools einführen (Testing, Roll-out, Dokumentation, Guidelines), KI-Tools für Finanzdaten nutzen, Prozesse standardisieren und beschleunigen
  • Kommunikation & Projekte: Abstimmung mit internen Teams und Portfoliounternehmen, Sonderprojekte und Ad-hoc-Analysen zu Prozessen, Datenqualität und Reporting-Inputs für das Team und den Head of Accounting & Controlling

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Bilanzbuchhalter Fortbildung, Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt oder Betriebswirt oder ein Studium mit relevantem betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt.
  • Ca. 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Finanzbuchhaltung und/oder Controlling
  • Sicher in ERP-Systemen, affin für digitale Tools und KI
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch

Wünschenswert

  • Steuerfachangestellte/r, Erfahrung in KVG-, Fonds- oder Private-Equity-Umfeld, Kenntnisse in DATEV, LucaNet und Finway
