Deine Aufgaben:

Als Investment Analyst Intern - Infrastruktur bist du vom ersten Tag an ein vollwertiges Teammitglied in unserem Infrastruktur-Team:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Bewertung von Infrastrukturprojekten in den Bereichen Erneuerbare Energien, Real Estate und Digital Infrastructure und begleitest mögliche M&A Prozesse: von der Due Diligence bis hin zur Vorbereitung der Kaufvertragsverhandlung
  • Du wirkst beim strategischen Aufbau eines diversifizierten Infrastrukturportfolios mit und erhältst Einblicke in die frühen Phasen der Entwicklung und Akquisition von Projekten
  • Du unterstützt in der Kommunikation mit Investoren und bei der Erstellung entsprechender Unterlagen (u. a. Fondsdokumentation, Investor Reporting)
  • Du analysierst Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen in den relevanten Infrastruktursektoren und begleitest den Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Industriekunden, Projektentwicklern und Partnern
  • Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Projektfinanzierungen sowie in der Kommunikation mit Banken und weiteren Finanzierungspartnern
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und weiteren Präsentationen für interne und externe Stakeholder

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem, technischem oder naturwissenschaftlichem Fokus – idealerweise mit erster relevanter Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Infrastruktur und/oder Finance
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Excel und PowerPoint
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise, analytische Stärke, Neugier und Eigeninitiative
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
