  • Atendimento e Consultoria Técnica
  • Entender a necessidade real: Identificar a superfície a ser pintada (alvenaria, madeira, metal) e as condições do ambiente (interno, externo, úmido, sob sol forte).
  • Especificar o produto correto: Indicar se o cliente precisa de uma tinta acrílica, látex, esmalte, epóxi ou uma linha premium (com maior cobertura e lavabilidade).
  • Calcular rendimento e insumos: Ajudar o cliente a calcular a quantidade exata de latas e oferecer os complementos essenciais (seladores, massas, rolos, pincéis, fitas, lixas).
  • Rotina Operacional e Comercial
  • Operação do Sistema Tintométrico: Dominar a máquina de pigmentação para criar cores personalizadas com precisão.
  • Prospecção e Pós-venda: Ligar para clientes antigos, acompanhar orçamentos em aberto e verificar se o pintor ou o cliente final ficou satisfeito com o resultado da obra.
  • Área Principal de Interface: Os Pintores Profissionais
  • A área (ou público) principal com a qual o vendedor de tintas deve fazer interface é o setor de
  • Prestadores de Serviços de Pintura e Empreiteiros.
  • Embora o cliente final pague a conta, é o pintor profissional quem dita as regras do mercado pelas seguintes razões:
  • Poder de recomendação: O cliente final geralmente não entende de marcas ou fundos preparadores.
  • Ele vai comprar exatamente o que o pintor colocar na lista de materiais.
  • Fidelização e recorrência: O cliente comum pinta a casa a cada 2 ou 3 anos. O pintor profissional está na loja toda semana comprando para obras diferentes.
  • Redução de problemas: Um vendedor que tem uma boa relação com os pintores consegue entender os problemas crônicos que acontecem na aplicação (descascamento, bolhas) e ajuda a blindar a loja de reclamações injustas.
