Du brennst für SEO, Usability und messbare Erfolge? In unserem Kölner Expertenteam startest du mit einem strukturierten Onboarding und übernimmst danach schnell Verantwortung für deine eigenen Kundenprojekte. Du steuerst eigenständig SEO-Kampagnen für deine Kunden und setzt smarte On- und Off-Page-Maßnahmen um. Hierbei setzt du auf fortschrittliche (KI-)Tools, um Strategien gezielt zu optimieren und nachweisbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Vielleicht fühlst DU dich ja gerade angesprochen?

Deine Mission

  • Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption, Steuerung und Durchführung von SEO-Kampagnen für KMU-Kunden sowie direkte Beratung und Betreuung im laufenden Kundenkontakt
  • Kunden-Websites analysierst du nach SEO- und Usability-Kriterien und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab
  • Keyword-Recherchen, On- und Off-Page-Maßnahmen sowie Texte entwickelst du selbst, unterstützt durch (KI)-Tools
  • Relevante KPIs überwachst du laufend, wertest sie mit gängigen Tools aus und passt Maßnahmen an die Ergebnisse an

Dein Profil

  • Erste SEO-Erfahrung, idealerweise aus Praktikum, Werkstudium oder eigenen Projekten
  • Eine eigenverantwortliche, gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Grundverständnis, Offenheit für neue Technologien und KI-gestützte Tools einzusetzen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
