Buscamos um(a) Analista Contábil Pleno para responder pelas análises, conciliações e contabilização da unidade de São Paulo, incluindo os tributos, com reporte direto à Gerência Contábil e Fiscal.

  • Conciliar mensalmente as contas patrimoniais e de resultado da unidade, com foco em estoques e CMV, clientes, fornecedores, acordos comerciais (bonificações, devoluções e verbas) e operações entre estabelecimentos e empresas do grupo;
  • Realizar as conciliações bancárias e financeiras, analisando as movimentações financeiras e sua contabilização;
  • Analisar, conciliar e contabilizar os tributos (ICMS, ICMS-ST, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ/CSLL e retenções), cruzando escrituração fiscal e contábil;
  • Contabilizar e conciliar a folha de pagamento e seus encargos (INSS, FGTS, IRRF e provisões de férias e 13º salário), em interface com o Departamento Pessoal;
  • Apoiar a equipe Fiscal nas apurações e obrigações acessórias;
  • Executar as etapas do fechamento mensal sob sua responsabilidade, assegurando a correta classificação e o registro de cada operação no período a que pertence (corte de competência);
  • Investigar divergências, propor ajustes e documentar as tratativas em memoriais de conciliação padronizados;
  • Propor melhorias nos processos de fechamento e na integração entre o ERP e a contabilidade;
  • Interagir com Financeiro, Compras, Comercial, Logística e Fiscal e atender às demandas das Auditorias Interna e Externa.

O QUE BUSCAMOS

  • Graduação em Ciências Contábeis e CRC ativo;
  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em conciliações e fechamento contábil, preferencialmente em empresas do Lucro Real;
  • Conhecimento sólido dos pronunciamentos CPC;
  • Conhecimento prático de ICMS, ICMS-ST e PIS/COFINS no regime não cumulativo e de SPED (ECD, ECF, EFD ICMS/IPI e EFD-Contribuições);
  • Excel avançado e experiência com ERP de grande porte.

SERÁ UM DIFERENCIAL

  • Experiência com o ERP Sankhya;
  • Vivência em atacado, distribuição ou indústria alimentícia, incluindo operações interestaduais;
  • Participação em projetos de implantação de ERP ou padronização de processos contábeis;
  • Conhecimento de Power Query ou Power BI;
  • Pós-graduação em Contabilidade, Controladoria, Auditoria ou Tributário;
  • Acompanhamento da Reforma Tributária e de seus reflexos contábeis.
