On Trade Indireto — Regional SÃO PAULO

Local de atuação: cidade de São Paulo — praça com forte presença de bares, restaurantes e casas noturnas, onde a distribuição é indireta feita pela distribuidora.

O papel:

Conectar a estratégia à execução local, atuando como ponte entre a empresa oferece produtos (Diageo), a distribuidora e o ponto de venda (on trade).

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar o relacionamento e a performance de vendas com o distribuidor
  • Treinar e capacitar times de vendas/merchandising do distribuidor
  • Expandir a cobertura de mercado e conquistar novos pontos de venda
  • Garantir excelência no padrão de merchandising nos PDVs
  • Apoiar negociações estratégicas com clientes-chave
  • Construir parcerias sustentáveis de longo prazo

Desafios centrais:

  • Bater metas de sell out e execução no PDV
  • Acelerar crescimento e participação de mercado
  • Desenvolver e liderar clientes, sem gestão direta (liderança por influência)
  • Tomar decisões orientadas por dados (sell out, estoque, cobertura)

Requisitos:

  • Experiência prévia como Executivo(a) de On Trade (diferencial: trabalho com distribuidores)
  • Ensino superior completo (Marketing, Administração, Negócios ou áreas correlatas)
  • Excel, PowerPoint e Outlook em nível avançado
  • Boa comunicação, gestão de conflitos, perfil analítico e comercial
  • Disponibilidade para viagens
  • CNH B válida e definitiva
