The posting

Als coördinator zet je je enthousiast in om Grootouders voor het Klimaat als beweging en als vzw te laten slagen in haar missie en doelstellingen. Je past je in in een groep geëngageerde vrijwilligers en we verwachten dat je, op termijn, de missie en cultuur van GvhK kunt uitdragen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het dagelijks bestuur.

Belangrijke taken zijn:

  • Het secretariaat van de vzw organiseren.
  • De rapportering op jou nemen naar diverse overheden en maken dat alle wettelijke verplichtingen worden nagekomen.
  • De inhoudelijke en zakelijke opvolging verzekeren van het meerjarenplan, en je ontfermen over de realisatie van de operationele doelen ervan.
  • Eventueel nieuwe subsidiekanalen opvolgen en de rapportering ervan verzorgen.
  • Het (dagelijks) bestuur, de algemene vergadering en de open stuurgroep ondersteunen.
  • Samen met de door de algemene vergadering aangestelde vrijwilligers het financieel beheer behartigen en (deel)begrotingen bewaken.
  • Een beheersysteem opzetten en onderhouden voor de werking en verplichtingen van de vzw.
  • Waar dat zinvol is, werkgroepen en/of afdelingen ondersteunen. Voeling hebben met wat leeft bij de (meer dan 100) actieve vrijwilligers, verspreid over Vlaanderen en Brussel.
  • Het projectbeheer van een beperkt aantal projecten en campagnes voeden en opvolgen.
  • Je hebt financiële en zakelijke kennis en ervaring, het liefst in de sector NGO, milieu of not-for-profit.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de verschillende overheden waarmee GvhK in aanraking komt (op alle niveaus: Vlaanderen, federaal, EU).
  • Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met, en kennis van vrijwilligersmanagement en milieu- en klimaatproblematiek.
  • Je bent in staat om de doelstellingen en de strategie van de organisatie te vertalen naar acties en de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je hebt een vlotte pen en een goede kennis van de media en hun doelgroepen.
