GP Log - Logistik auf der Baustelle - nur dann läuft‘s

Wer räumliches, zeitliches, ordnungsliebendes Verständnis mitbringt und gleichzeitig in der Lage ist, in Prozessketten zu denken, der wird bei der GP Log (www.gp-log.de) voll und ganz auf seine Kosten kommen. Denn durch Logik ist hier alles miteinander verknüpft. Egal ob Maschinen, Werkzeug, Materialien oder Arbeitskräfte, alles muss zur richtigen Zeit in der richtigen Menge am richtigen Ort sein. Und das möglichst effizient und ohne Umwege. Eine Baustelle läuft nur „rund“, wenn sie ganzheitlich durchdacht eingerichtet ist und vom ersten Tag alle logistischen Wege - von der Versorgung bis zur Entsorgung - präzise funktionieren. Dazu zählt die Ausschilderung der Fluchtpläne genauso wie der Transport der Abfallbehälter. Erfahrene Kollegen aus dem Handwerk, der Baubranche und Ingenieure kümmern sich tagtäglich um die Steuerung der Abläufe, sie überwachen die Zugangskontrollen, sind Ansprechpartner für Sicherheitsbehörden, den Zoll und Nachunternehmen. Größtes Gebot liegt dabei auf der Arbeitssicherheit und dem Datenschutz. Ein kleines Team übernimmt viel Verantwortung für große Leistungen, damit es läuft.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Kalkulation von Bauprojekten mit dem Fokus auf Baulogistikleistungen
  • Erstellen von Kostenschätzungen, Mengenermittlung und Leistungsverzeichnissen auf Basis vorhandener Planungsunterlagen und Kostensammlungen
  • Analyse von Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Bauablaufplänen und Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Kostenschätzungen für wirtschaftliche Baulogistiklösungen
  • Unterstützung bei VergabeverhandlungeAngebotspräsentationen und Teilnahme an Bietergesprächen zur Auftragsverhandlung
  • Einholung und Bewertung von Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenangeboten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung und Bauleitung
  • Kostenkontrolle durch Soll-Ist-Vergleiche
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kalkulationsgrundlagen und Kennzahlen

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Kalkulator, insbesondere im Einsatz für die Baulogistik oder Bauprojekte
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes fachbezogenes Studium
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in RIB iTWO und dem Microsoft-Office-Paketes
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
  • Flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohe Leistungsmotivation
  • Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
