Welches Grundstück oder welche Bestandsimmobilie ist für Groß & Partner interessant? Wie kann die Finanzierung hierfür aussehen? Welche langfristig orientierten Mieter können für unsere Immobilien begeistert und gewonnen werden? An wen kann die Immobilie verkauft werden?

Im Bereich Akquise, Finanzierung, Vermietung, Vermarktung und Verkauf arbeiten Teams hochqualifizierter Fachleute an diesen Fragestellungen und sorgen mit ihrer Arbeit für einen wichtigen Meilenstein unserer Projektentwicklungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie sind ein Organisationstalent, arbeiten strukturiert und behalten auch in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld den Überblick?

Dann sehen Ihre Aufgaben wir folgt aus:

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung sowie des Teams im Tagesgeschäft
  • Organisation und Buchung von Geschäftsreisen
  • Pflege und Koordination des Kalenders der Geschäftsführung
  • Administrative Unterstützung im Bereich Finanzierung und Verkauf
  • Vorbereitung und Nachverfolgung von Unterlagen und Terminen
  • Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Allgemeine Assistenz- und Organisationsaufgaben

Ihr Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Assistenzfunktion, idealerweise im Bereich Finanzierung und/oder Verkauf
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freundliches, souveränes und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in einem direkten und anspruchsvollen Arbeitsumfeld professionell und gelassen zu agieren
