Die Drahtzieher hinter den Kulissen der Baustelle

Wer mit kaufmännischen Auge ein Faible für das Leben am Bau mitbringt, der kann bei der GP Con seine beruflichen Interessen verwirklichen. Ohne Planung läuft nichts und genau hier sind die Spezialisten im Büro gefragt. Mit moderner Computertechnik werden u.a. Leistungsverzeichnisse erstellt, Massen ermittelt, der Baufortschritt simuliert oder Kapazitäten berechnet. All dem voran stehen komplexe Vertragsgestaltungen, Vertragsverhandlungen, rechtskonforme Koordination von Ausschreibungen, detaillierte Kostenplanungen, Steuerung von Leistungsvergaben und nicht zuletzt die Einhaltung der hohen Datenschutzbestimmungen.

Somit funktioniert die Mannschaft auf der Baustelle nur mit dem Team hinter dem Team. Als Bauingenieure, Kaufleute oder Wirtschaftswissenschaftler sind Sie die Kontaktstelle zu den Kollegen draußen vor Ort aber auch die Schnittstelle zur Muttergesellschaft Groß & Partner - und als eine Mannschaft können wir gemeinsam Großes schaffen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellen von Kostenschätzungen /-ermittlung auf Basis vorhandener Planungsunterlagen und Kostensammlungen in RIB iTWO
  • Kostenkalkulationen, u.a. aus Mieterausbauplanungen, Baubeschreibungen etc.
  • Kostenermittlung / Kalkulation von privaten und öffentlichen Ausschreibungen
  • Bei funktionalen Ausschreibungen Mengenermittlung und LV-Erstellung auch für schlüsselfertige Gewerke gemeinsam/ in Abstimmung mit dem Ausschreibungsteam
  • Zusammenstellen der kompletten Abgabeunterlagen
  • Teilnahme an Bietergesprächen zur Auftragsverhandlung
  • Unterstützung beim Vergabeprozess
  • Überführung der Angebotskalkulation in die Ausführungsphase

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes fachbezogenes Studium oder
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung als Kalkulator, insbesondere in der schlüsselfertigen Kalkulation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Microsoft-Office-Pakets sowie des Programms RIB iTWO
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
  • Flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohe Leistungsmotivation
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
