The posting

Group O is seeking a Digital Experience Designer to support digital design for business. This hands-on contract opportunity combines exceptional visual design, digital merchandising, visual storytelling, and practical UX/UI execution. The designer will elevate customer-facing responsive web experiences, bring fresh creative thinking to established B2B content, and contribute to the evolution of digital visual language and a sophisticated dark-mode design system. The ideal candidate brings strong visual instincts, technical craft, curiosity, and the ability to deliver polished work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Design visually compelling, intuitive merchandising, marketing, and acquisition experiences across responsive web platforms.
  • Apply sophisticated typography, imagery, composition, color, spacing, visual hierarchy, and interaction design to communicate complex offerings clearly.
  • Translate business objectives into distinctive, premium digital experiences; explore creative approaches that elevate conventional B2B content.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Business visual language, including new layouts, treatments, patterns, and the transition toward dark mode while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Produce high-fidelity, production-ready designs, responsive layouts, and web assets; use Adobe Photoshop for image editing, compositing, and asset preparation.
  • Create and extend reusable Figma components using variants, component properties, variables, and Auto Layout within an established design system.
  • Collaborate with developers and cross-functional partners to preserve visual quality through implementation; balance creative ambition with usability, accessibility, feasibility, and business needs.
  • Own design assignments from concept through delivery, incorporate feedback, and maintain quality under tight deadlines.

Secondary Functions:

  • Explore emerging visual design approaches, contemporary digital experiences, and interaction patterns that inspire fresh creative solutions.
  • Where relevant, apply motion design, animation, interactive prototyping, conversion insights, or AI-powered creative tools to improve exploration and production efficiency.

Position type:

  • Contract assignment: 6–12 months, with potential for extension.

Expected hours of work:

  • Normal work week hours. Fully remote. Company-provided hardware.

Travel:

  • Fully remote; no regular travel requirement specified.

  • Solid UX/UI, interaction design, usability, responsive web, and accessibility fundamentals.
  • Advanced Figma proficiency with component architecture, properties, variants, variables, and Auto Layout; experience extending established design systems.
  • Adobe Photoshop proficiency, including image editing, compositing, and production-ready asset creation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
